Terms of mentoring and site use
Terms governing Engine Relaycore technical analysis education, mentoring bookings, intellectual property, and website use in the Philippines.
Acceptance and scope
By using this site or booking an Engine Relaycore engagement, you accept these terms. The site provides information about educational technical analysis mentoring. Mentoring is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or brokerage advice; it does not recommend a security, currency, derivative, broker, or transaction.
Eligibility and learner responsibility
Clients must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. You remain solely responsible for financial decisions, accounts, orders, and losses. Past chart behaviour and educational examples do not guarantee future results.
Bookings and fees
A booking is confirmed only after scope, timing, and required payment are acknowledged in writing. Fees, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds follow the Refund and Rescheduling Policy. We may decline work involving account access, live signals, unlawful activity, or requests beyond educational scope.
Materials and intellectual property
Site text, worksheets, lesson structures, annotations supplied by us, and Engine Relaycore branding are owned by Engine Relaycore or used with permission. A paying learner receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied study materials. You may not resell, publish, record without consent, or use them to teach others commercially. You retain rights in charts and notes you provide and grant us a limited right to use them only to deliver the agreed service.
Conduct and availability
Users must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or misuse contact channels. Site access and appointment availability may be interrupted for maintenance, safety, illness, or events beyond reasonable control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Philippine law, Engine Relaycore is not liable for trading losses, lost profit, brokerage outages, market movement, decisions made from educational material, or indirect and consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For a direct claim arising from a paid engagement, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.
Changes, severability, and governing law
We may revise these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the appropriate courts of Cebu City, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
