Make the journal answer a useful question
A journal should reveal whether your reading process was consistent, not merely whether a trade won. We examine three entries for missing context, hindsight labels, vague setup names, and screenshots that cannot reconstruct the original decision.
During the clinic, we design a compact record for market regime, location, trigger, invalidation, management notes, and post-session observation. You receive a blank template and one revised example. Spreadsheet automation, performance accounting, and tax records are outside scope.
The clinic works best after at least one month of self-recorded decisions. Describe your current journal before booking.
