Refund and rescheduling policy
Cancellation, deposit, no-show, partial refund, and rescheduling terms for Engine Relaycore technical analysis mentoring.
Cancellation window
For a single Guided Chart Review or Journal Clinic, cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. For the Multi-Timeframe Mentoring Intensive, cancel at least five calendar days before the first session for a full refund, including the reservation deposit.
Late cancellation, partial refunds, and no-shows
A cancellation inside those windows may receive a partial refund less 30% of the affected service fee, reflecting reserved mentor time and preparation already completed. Missing an appointment without notice is non-refundable. If chart review or written preparation has substantially begun, its reasonable value is deducted and explained before any remainder is returned.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed without charge when requested at least 24 hours before a single session. Later requests and additional changes depend on availability and may be treated as a late cancellation. Intensive sessions should be completed within eight weeks unless illness, emergency, or a different written arrangement reasonably requires an extension.
Intensive withdrawal after work starts
After the first intensive session, completed sessions and delivered chart-audit work are non-refundable. The unused session balance may be refunded when withdrawal is requested in writing, less any stated non-refundable work already performed. Downloaded worksheets remain subject to the personal-use licence.
Cancellations by Engine Relaycore
If we cancel and cannot agree on a replacement date, you receive a full refund for the affected single appointment or the undelivered portion of an intensive. This is also the remedy for a material technical failure on our side that prevents an online session from taking place.
Request and processing
Email contact@engine-relaycore.world with your name, appointment date, and request. Do not include bank credentials. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days; bank or payment-provider posting times may add delay.
Exceptions required by Philippine consumer law remain available. Serious illness, natural disaster, or comparable circumstances will be considered fairly when documented without collecting unnecessary sensitive detail.
