Controller and information collected

Engine Relaycore, Level 9, 61 Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu City 6000, is the controller for personal information handled through this site and our mentoring administration. We collect details you submit—name, email, message, mentoring interest, preferred timing—and later may collect scheduling, payment confirmation, correspondence, and anonymised chart files.

Do not send account credentials, government identification, full account numbers, balances, or unnecessary financial records.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to answer inquiries, assess whether requested mentoring is within scope, arrange and deliver sessions, maintain financial records, protect our services, and meet legal duties. Depending on context, processing is necessary to take steps toward or perform a contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in secure administration, or act on consent.

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be handled by limited service providers supporting email, video meetings, file storage, hosting, and accounting. Some providers may process data outside the Philippines. Where an international transfer occurs, we use contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the provider and information. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Unconverted inquiries are normally retained for 12 months. Client administration and tax records are kept for up to 10 years where legally needed. Session recordings, when expressly agreed, are deleted after 30 days; chart working files are normally deleted within 90 days after the engagement. We use access controls, limited permissions, and reasonable technical safeguards, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, erasure or blocking, object to processing, withdraw consent, seek data portability where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
