ABOUT THE PRACTICE
A steadier way to learn charts
Meet Engine Relaycore, a Cebu-based technical analysis mentoring practice centred on structured observation, chart annotation, and honest uncertainty.
Why Engine Relaycore began
Engine Relaycore grew from a recurring problem in informal chart study groups: traders could name dozens of patterns yet could not explain why a five-minute setup mattered inside the weekly range. The practice was formed in Cebu to make that missing relay—context moving from one timeframe to the next—the centre of instruction.
The mentor
Lead mentor Adrian Reyes has facilitated private and small-group chart study since 2018, with emphasis on liquid equity indices, major foreign-exchange pairs, and chart replay. His role is educational: to question an inference, uncover a contradiction, and help a student document a repeatable reading process. Engine Relaycore is not a brokerage, fund manager, or signal room.
How we work
Every engagement begins with the learner’s own charts. We use historical replay, clean screenshots, swing annotation, conditional scenarios, and verbal explanation. A conclusion must be tied to visible price evidence; “it feels bullish” is an invitation to look again.
Three values govern the room:
- Clarity before complexity. A few purposeful marks are better than layers of indicators no one can explain.
- Uncertainty stated plainly. More than one scenario can remain valid, and standing aside is a legitimate conclusion.
- Process before outcome. A profitable result cannot repair weak reasoning, and a loss does not automatically make a well-defined process wrong.
Cebu roots, broad access
In-person sessions take place by appointment at our Archbishop Reyes Avenue office. Online sessions serve learners elsewhere in the Philippines and abroad, scheduled in Philippine time. English is used throughout the training.
